📖 Author and found of Dennis on the Run where I publish a weekly blog featuring my stories from daily life into learning lessons about healthy living.🏃🏻♂️ After my alcohol use nearly ruined one of my best friendships, I decided to transform my life. Using this as motivation, I turned my life around by making healthy life choices. This includes being sober for more than 3 years now. I am also a avid long distance runner. 🔓 I am passionate about sharing my stories with other men to show that it's okay to be vulnerable and honest with yourself and others to live a healthier life. I am a co-author in the best selling book Run For Your Life - Lessons Learned From Going the Distance. I have my own book coming out in November 2024 called Dennis on the Run - A Men's Survival Guide to Lasting Change. The book will focus on my recovery from rock bottom and share how I picked myself off the floor and made healthier life choices..png){kind=logo}
